Today's the day we remember, a certain man who died,
All our sins forgiven, on a cross He was crucified.
Every person's wrong and every person's sin,
He gave up all He had, to come and help us win.
Because of what He did, today we are set free,
He took the keys away, from our greatest enemy.
On the third day He rose up out of His tomb,
Left His Holy Spirit, and promised He'd be back soon.
While you're hunting for your eggs, remember what is true,
Through all His suffering and pain, He was thinking about you.
Happy Easter!!!

Green Juice...The Latest Fad
The entire world seems to be on a health fad.
Gluten free, salt free, sugar free and vegetarian.
Energy bars and health drinks appear to be stocking the shelves of the nearest grocery store and drawing every average Joe that walks by into the benefits of healthy living.
What's next???
I present to you the latest health fad known simply as: Green Juice.
No added preservatives, fillers, sugars or unnatural flavours, in fact, it's as organic as it gets. And even better, no special ingredients are required. Just the half-a-cucumber in your fridge, some spinach, celery or the kiwi in the corner, tossed into a blender and set on high. The result:
A thick, green mash that can be consumed with a spoon, supplementing your breakfast, dinner or coffee.
Guaranteed to boost your energy levels without the sudden crash effect that follows caffeine, leaving you refreshed.
Not being a vegetable person, it's not exactly my favourite 'meal' of the day, my consistent excuse being "I don't get off on drinking salad in a cup." But at the end of the day I find myself having drained the cup of algae coloured slop and smiling that I don't have to drink it again until tomorrow.
Healthy, affordable and green. Try some today!
